From Intention to Action

While our focus in 2023 was on aligning decision-making with our commitment to use business as a force for good, in 2024 we shifted into execution. This year was about moving from intention into action - preparing for B Corp re-certification in 2025, embedding sustainability more deeply across our portfolio through active engagement and actionable next steps, setting fund-level targets, introducing tailored trainings and surveys, and leading by example within our own operations.
