• Actively participate and contribute in all aspects of the deal flow from industry mapping, conducting industry analyses, approaching investment targets to evaluating investment opportunities
• Gain exposure to the investment process by supporting valuation, commercial and financial due diligence, and preparing investment memoranda and assist with transaction execution efforts including support on managing external advisors involved in confirmatory due diligence
• Meet and network with exceptional entrepreneurs and attend industry-leading events;
• Monitor, research and develop intelligence and investment themes on emerging trends and disruptive companies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses as part of our deal evaluation efforts (including building financial models and technical valuation analysis)
• Actively monitor key monthly metrics for the investment portfolio and support existing portfolio companies on follow-on investments and preparations for exit
• You are a humble team-player with an entrepreneurial mind-set, a hands-on working attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

• Have attention to detail along with organization and follow-through skills with the ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

• At least 1-3 years of relevant professional working experience across a combination of among others any of the following industries: scale-up, banking, strategy consulting, growth investing or private equity
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent credentials from a leading university or business school
• Deep financial and analytical skills as well as experience in analyzing market trends, company valuations and preparing business plans and information memoranda
• Experience in or affinity for SaaS, FinTech, Digital Health and Climate Tech is helpful but not a must
• Strong technical Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and excellent communication skills
• Open to be based in Amsterdam (or surroundings)
